Taste is Out, Sourcing is In

(From Consumer Reports, Nov., 2017 - click to enlarge)
Consumer Reports grades restaurants over how well they eliminate antibiotics in food. (Animals fed with antibiotics create drug-resistant bacteria.)

Two of our favorites, Chipotle and Panera Bread, rank at the top.

(BWW  - what you get for $20)
One disappointment among our regular eateries is Buffalo Wild Wings. BWW charges high prices--about $20 for 20 chicken wings--and we wouldn't mind paying more if they were better sourced.

Maybe we'll shift to the cheaper and apparently healthier KFC, starting in 2019.
The biggest mover since last year is KFC. It went from an F to a B- because it announced that it would stop serving chicken raised with medically important antibiotics by the end of 2018.
