An American born today has a projected average lifespan 20 full years longer than one born in 1925.Dad was born in 1925 and will be celebrating his 90th birthday in June. He doesn't have any great-grandchildren yet, but if they do come along science says that they'll live to at least 110!
(OK, ok, one shouldn't extrapolate from a single data point, but it wouldn't be the first time that I've misused math to give me the answer I want.)
