Lousy Marketing

It's 7:30 a.m. on October 1st---Happy trick-or-treat-less October by the way--and, shortly after turning on the Mac, I clicked on a link to a San Jose Mercury News article.

The pop-up box said "You've reached your monthly article limit."

I was thinking about subscribing to the Merc instead of the Chronicle, but the blue pop-up tipped the scales. Forget about it.
